About to break ground on a simple but awesome platform 12x16 with two step-downs

Replaced some boards and framed in where a recessed hot tub was removed from the deck

10x15 platform redeck had to reset a new band board 

cut down posts to do away with handrails

almost finished i did not get a final picture due to IT  WAS HOT and we were ready to leave but those staggered boards were cut off even 

12x16 tear down it had handrails but started snapping pics late 

FFW little pile turned big onto the rebuild and we extended it have a look

new size 28x12

 going back together nicely

 this was a fun deck to do and we did it on the day of the solar eclipse
